Avner Gal, MSc.EE,
MBA (Co-Founder, President & CEO)
A retired
commander from the Israeli Navy, Avner Gal co-founded Integrity Applications
after achieving distinction in senior management positions in the fields of
engineering, technology, and intelligence systems. Avner served in a variety of
assignments including development engineer, which among his other roles helped initialize
and bring to life a state of the art Electronic Warfare (EW) on board combat
suite for the Israeli Navy. After retiring, Avner used his experience earned
from the Israeli Navy to consult the industry. Prior to founding Integrity
Applications he held the position of CEO of a start-up company in a
related measurement field. Avner holds a BSc. And MSc. in Electrical
Engineering and an MBA.

David Malka, BA (Co-Founder, VP Operations)
David Malka's
experience included the role of head of operations for several industrial
companies that over the years has given him a substantial background in bringing
many products to the market. In addition, David's technical expertise has
allowed Integrity Applications to take sophisticated engineering
concerns into consideration in the earliest stages of product design. David
built and ran Operational departments in a variety of companies and gained an impressive
amount of experience in operational activities in different types of companies,
including working with sub-contractors and suppliers, running the day-to-day activities
and leading cost reduction exercises in R&D as well as in the mass
production stages. David holds an MA in Management.

Jacob
(Kobi) Bar-Shalom, CPA (US), MBA (CFO)
Jacob Bar-Shalom has over 15 years of
experience as CFO of a number of international companies, among them publicly
traded and emerged companies financed by VCs. Kobi is well versed in bringing
start-ups from the most basic concept to reality and has substantial experience
in IPOs, Private Placements, PIPEs and venture lending facilities. Prior to
joining Integrity Applications, Kobi served as the Group CFO of
Veolia Israel (NYSE: VE) a worldwide provider of environmental services; CFO of
Acro Technologies (NASDAQ: ACRI), a provider of detection devices for the
homeland security market and CFO of Digital Fuel Technologies. Previous
assignments included managerial positions at EduSoft (NASDAQ: EDSF) and as a CPA
in E&Y and BDO Seidman. Kobi is also the founder & Chairmen of
Microfinance Israel (a NPO). Kobi holds an MBA and he is a Certified Public
Accountant in the USA.

Eugene
Naidis, MSc. (Project Manager)
Eugene Naidis has an extensive experience in software development
and management of R&D projects. Over the past 15 years he has lead complex
projects in the field of industrial and medical measuring devices and
applications. Eugene was involved (software development and management) in the
invention of a symbiotic approach, revolutionary vibration-based percussion
technology to determine the presence of content inside pipes; electromagnetic
based, high-precision thickness measurement system; a system for non-contact,
continuous measurement of liquid and solid levels in storage containers, based
on ultrasonic technology. Eugene holds BSc. In Metallurgy Engineering and MSc.
in Metallurgy and Computer Engineering.

Erin
Hsu, MA (Product Line Manager)
Erin Hsu has gained substantial academic accolades
and field experience in both advertising media and international trading in the
global marketplace. This included brand marketing of a number of retail
products in Asia, and over only a few years she equipped herself the knowledge
and ability to act with autonomy. This has earned her with respect from her many
peers, molding her as a major asset to Integrity Applications on
a multi-national level when finding new contacts and customers as required expanding
the Company profile worldwide. Erin holds BA in Mass Communication and MA in
Marketing.
